    Smoked Cabbage is really easy to cook in a smoker. It really picks up the flavor and just falls apart. We like to smoke ours with jalapeño peppers for an extra little kick of flavor. We fired up the smoker this weekend because it finally stopped raining! So excited! I am sick of the winter rain.     These vegan stuffed peppers are perfect for parties! The cute little mini sweet peppers are stuffed with herby cashew cheese to create a tasty vegan bite.
