Ranch dressing is an American classic. This healthy dip embodies that spirit. Ranch has a distinctive tangy herby flavor. Herbaceous flavors are the star of this healthy dip. Garlic, onion, chives, parsley, dill, and a few other secret ingredients will tickle your taste buds.
Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip Is Easy To Make!
This recipe for Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip can be made in ten minutes or less. It’s very easy to make. You just have to measure ingredients and mix them together. I recommend that you make it in advance but it’s still yummy if you can’t wait. To enhance the flavors let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour before you plan to serve the dip. Ranch dip can be made the night before or just an hour or so before you plan to enjoy it. Chilling it before you serve it will allow the flavors to blend and the dip to thicken. Serve it with raw veggies or potato chips for a crunchy snack. It’s one of my favorite vegetarian potluck dishes because it stays fresh in the fridge and travels so well!

Why Use Greek Yogurt?
Greek Yogurt is high in protein! Other ranch dips are made with sour cream. Our dip uses Greek yogurt for a healthy twist. You can use full fat or nonfat plain Greek yogurt. We used the nonfat. The nutrition facts will vary slightly depending on the brand of yogurt you use. The one I used a serving is 2/3 of a cup for only 100 calories and packs 17 grams of protein.
The nonfat Greek yogurt I used is a little runnier and not as thick as the full fat yogurt but it still works well as a dip base. It will get thicker if you let it chill in the fridge. If you want a thicker dip try using full fat yogurt. If you want it even thicker mix it with half sour cream and half Greek yogurt.
