
Add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice to a food processor. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides once or twice.
Add garlic powder if you want a savory bite. Season with salt and pepper if needed (remember feta is naturally salty!).
Spoon onto a shallow bowl or plate and use the back of your spoon to create swoops and swirls.
Drizzle with olive oil and finish with your choice of toppings. For the holidays I like to serve it topped with Pomegranate salsa (pomegranate seeds, cilantro, jalapeno, red onion, lime juice).
Serve immediately with pita, bread, or veggies.
