The Seventh-day Adventists church promotes a wholesome plant based lifestyle so many people who live in this community are vegetarians. For that reason there are many veggie friendly shops and restaurants in Collegedale. Also be aware that many businesses in the area are closed on Saturdays due to religious observances.
