
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and salt until ingredients are combined and no lumps remain.
Slowly pour in the plant based milk while whisking constantly.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue whisking until the mixture thickens to a glossy, pudding-like consistency. Usually about 7 to 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the plant based butter and vanilla.
Serve immediately over warm biscuits.
