Ingredients

  • 3 Cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 or 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill optional

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice your cucumbers and onions. For extra crisp texture, you can peel the cucumbers or leave the skin on for more color and nutrients.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and fresh dill.

  3. Add the cucumbers and red onions to the bowl and toss until everything is well coated.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
