Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeno seeded and finely diced
  • 2 Green Onions sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Lime juice only

Optional for garnish

  • Extra sliced jalapenos
  • Chopped green onions
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add the sour cream and mix until creamy.

  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice.

  4. Mix until everything is well combined.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This gives the flavors time to blend together.

  6. Garnish with extra jalapenos, green onions, or cheese if desired. Serve chilled.
