Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Plant Based Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Diced Pimento Pepper liquid drained from jar
  • 1/4 tsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Use the shredder attachment on your food processor to grate the cheddar cheese.

  2. Transfer the grated cheddar to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Drain the liquid from the jar of pimento peppers. Finely dice the peppers and add to the mixing bowl with the cheddar cheese.

  4. Mix in all other ingredients until combined.

  5. Serve as a dip with crackers and veggies or as a spread on a sandwich.
