Black Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 1 cup Black Olives pitted
  • 1 Juice of Lemon juice only
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Pulse until finely chopped but not completely smooth—you want a little texture.

  3. If needed stream in more olive oil while pulsing until the mixture holds together.

  4. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice and salt if desired.
