
Add the ingredients for the cinnamon cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand mixer beat the softened cream cheese and butter with the sugar and other ingredients. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
Cook the apples in a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in diced apples, sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until apples are soft and caramelized.
To serve spread the cinnamon cream cheese on the base of your serving plate. Top the cream cheese with the apple mixture. Crumble a graham cracker or cookie and sprinkle on top of the apples. Serve warm with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping. Top with whipped cream for an extra treat.
