Vegan Chocolate Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vegan sugar
  • 1 tbsp caco powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees. 

  2. Mix all ingredients together to evenly coat the almonds. Then spread the nuts out on a cookie sheet. 

  3. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes at the half way mark carefully stir and flip the nuts on the baking sheet. Allow the chocolate almonds to cool before serving.
