Buffalo Chickpea Pinwheels
Buffalo Chickpea Pinwheels are super cute and super easy to make. You need a food processor to get the right texture. It’s a lot like hummus texture wise. Just blend the ingredients and spread on the tortillas. When you roll up and cut the tortillas they look like pinwheels.
Buffalo Chickpea Pinwheels make a fun party snack for a group of people or lunch for two. I love fun party snacks! Finger food should be fun and easy to eat. We like to serve them with pickles. I think that flavor pares well with the buffalo sauce but they are great on their own or with a side of raw veggies, like broccoli, and vegan ranch dip. Any excuse to eat ranch am I right?
