Blackberry Mint Cocktail
The mint in the backyard is growing wild. It smells great every time I mow the lawn.
To make one Blackberry Mint Cocktail you need:
- handful fresh mint
- 6 blackberries
- 1 1/2 oz rum
- simple syrup
Start by muddling the mint in your glass then add the blackberries and crush them up a bit. Pour in the rum and fill with ice. Top the drink with simple syrup to fill the glass.
