Vegan Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 container of SoDelicious Dairy Free Coco Whip about 4.5 oz
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients together and chill until serving.

Recipe Notes

Serve with apple slices or cookies! The crisp red apple was delicious with this dip.
