Ingredients

  • 1 Jicama
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 dash Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the jicama and carrot. Cut in to pieces that fit your food processor.

  2. Use your food processor to shred the jicama and carrot.

  3. Then mix in the juice from one lime, 1/4 chopped cilantro, and a dash of salt and pepper.
