Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup vegan cheese shreds. Then add in the pineapple tidbits and mix well.
Transfer to a casserole baking dish. Top with the crumbled Ritz crackers to evenly cover. Then pour the melted vegan butter over the crackers.
Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
